I have some scratch or something on my windshield cause by a bad windshield wiper arm. i can run done with my finger nail and it seem like the scratches or whatever aren’t deep. can i fix this or I need to replace it?

my 94 chevy s-10 is missing sporatically on the 2nd cylinder. i replaced the head gasket and checked the valves. i put new plugs,wires, and injectors on plus new coil packes and had the module tested. could it be an electrical problem or the computer?
